1. Before rendering: Check this file. If the instrument isn't listed, don't use it.
2. New instrument: Add to registry first, then use.
3. License change: If upstream changes license, note the change and date.
4. Retired instrument: Don't delete the row. Add "RETIRED" in the Version column.
5. CC-BY-NC instruments: Mark clearly. Output cannot go to monetized YouTube.
